Managed Labor Solutions is Hiring a Floor Technician Near Prince, VA
Professional Maintenance Company is looking to hire a Floor Tech to help keep our customer's facilities clean and up to expected standards. This position will be in Prince George, VA and is a part time opportunity
Essential Functions
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Able to adapt to changing schedules and/or tasks as required
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
- Follow direction of Management to perform tasks in a timely manner
- Performs maintenance of floors to include, cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing on a routinely basis.
- Expected to demonstrate proper use of chemicals and other supplies
- Respond to emergency request as needed
- Properly use cleaning equipment including strippers and buffers
- Other cleaning duties as needed.
- We will be taking additional measures with the cleaning to prevent the spread of covid-19. We ask that you wear a face covering while on the job
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to go through a background check
- Must be able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for periods at a time
- Must be able to lift, carry and pull items up to 30 lbs.
